EMT Certification Program

Begin Your Journey as an EMT

Ready to serve your community and launch a rewarding career? Our Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program trains you from the ground up. As a full-time Valley Health employee, you’ll spend 2.5 months mastering the skills to pass the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) exam and earn your state license. Our next class starts August 2025—applications are open April 1 to June 30.

Paramedic Training Program

Advance to Paramedic with Confidence

For our dedicated EMTs, we’re excited to offer this next step: a fully funded Paramedic Training Program in partnership with Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. Starting September 2025 and wrapping up July 2026, this Winchester, VA-based course has just 8 spots.
