Jeffrey T. Cope, MD
About
Jeffrey Todd Cope, MD, FACC, FACS is a cardiothoracic surgeon with Valley Health Cardiothoracic Surgeons. He is board-certified in thoracic surgery and has a wealth of experience in heart surgery, having performed over 5,000 adult cardiac operations in his career to date. Prior to joining Valley Health, Dr. Cope offered the full gamut of cardiac surgical procedures in Pennsylvania for 22 years.
He attended medical school at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, followed by residency and fellowship, both at University of Virginia Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Cope's other interests include running marathons, playing drums, participating in Knights of Columbus charity programs, hiking, and reading literature and poetry.
