Steve Motil is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Valley Health. In this role, he spearheads initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making, advances analytic capabilities, and integrates AI into the organization’s strategic plans.

Before joining Valley Health, Steve held key strategic analytic leadership positions at Optum, Kettering Health Network in Western Ohio, and Grandview Medical Center in Alabama. Steve earned his bachelor of science in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and a master certificate in Professional Business Intelligence from Villanova University.
