Kevin S. Sheppard is the vice president of Operations-Clinical Services for Winchester Medical Center (WMC) and Valley Health. He has executive responsibility for systemwide clinical services, including Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy and Respiratory, along with non-clinical departments of Facilities and Information Systems. Sheppard supports Acute Care Surgical Services at WMC and Warren Memorial Hospital.

Sheppard spent 17 years with Ohio’s Bon Secours Health System, starting in finance and moving into various operations and executive leadership roles. He has also served as vice president of operations, vice president of ambulatory services, vice president of population health, and interim chief executive officer for St. Francis Medical Center and St. Mary’s Hospital, both in Virginia.

Sheppard graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He later earned his Master of Health Administration from the University of Minnesota.
