Jacob is from Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania. He attended St. John Fisher College for his undergraduate coursework and the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. His pharmacy related interests are critical care and academia. Outside of residency, he enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and reading.
