Elizabeth Savage, MSOD

Elizabeth (Liz) Savage, chief human resources officer (CHRO), joined Valley Health in 2010, and serves on the health system’s executive leadership team.

She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development at for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Valley Health, Savage served the healthcare community as senior vice president, Human Resources, at Bon Secours Charity Health System in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Prior to that, she led workplace improvement efforts at GE Capital, Norbert Technologies, and Hyperion Software.

Savage received her Master of Science in organization development from American University/National Training Laboratory in Washington, D.C., and her undergraduate degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
