Diane Ricci, LCSW

About

Diane Ricci is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of behavioral health experience providing direct services for children, families and adults as well as developing and managing behavioral health programs. She started with Valley Health in 2013 as Lead Therapist to begin outpatient behavioral health services for seniors at Winchester Medical Center. Diane then worked as Program Manager until being promoted to Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in June 2019 after expanding behavioral health services to serve individuals 18 and older. She is responsible for overseeing high quality clinical programs.

Diane has maintained her clinical license in Social Work after earning a Master’s in Social Work at Adelphi University in 1994 after completing her undergraduate degree at State University of New York College at Cortland. Diane has extensive training in the use of evidence-based practices and a strong commitment to strengths-based, culturally relevant and trauma informed approaches. She leads her team with Valley Health’s values and mission in mind. Diane and her team are driven to develop programs that ensure high quality care while improving the wellbeing of those we serve.
