About
Carmen Clipper is vice president of Planning and Growth for Valley Health. In this role, she leads the development of our organization’s strategies and plans. Carmen is responsible for identifying national, regional and local growth opportunities with outside provider groups, health systems and other potential partners.
Prior to joining Valley Health in 2023, Carmen held strategy and planning leadership roles with Amazon, Sentara Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, New Heights Group, and more.
Carmen received her Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
