Personal Info: I was born and raised in West Virginia but fell in love with Virginia during residency. It was a few years after residency that I discovered my passion for teaching and was eager to get back into academic medicine. I particularly have interests in osteopathic medicine and women’s health. I co-manage the Women’s Health curriculum, along with Dr. Spriggs.

I married my high school sweetheart and together we are raising three beautiful children. We enjoy being outdoors and being involved in our church community. My special interests include baking, playing the piano, decorating for Christmas and all things Disney.
