You can login to your MyChart account where you will see your balance at the top of the page. Follow the prompts to pay your bill. MyChart login can be found at valleyhealthlink.com/mychart or in the Valley Health mobile app
How do I know if a text message from Valley Health is not a scam?
All text messages regarding billing will come from 39436. As always, if you are uncertain if a text message is legitimate, or if the sender number does match this number provided, login to your MyChart account where you can view and pay your balances online.
What if I want to continue receiving paper bills?
Once you have a bill within MyChart, you can follow the prompts to opt-out of paperless billing.
I never check MyChart, so what happens if I miss a bill?
You can make sure you never miss a MyChart notification by updating your communication preferences under “Account Settings.” Ensuring that your communication preferences are up to date allows you to receive messages via email or text if you have a test result, message, account balance, or other important notifications.
