Virtual visits are a convenient way to see a provider from home when you
have minor symptoms or illness. Virtual visits are a self-pay service,
which means insurance is not accepted. All visits are a flat fee of $59.
Click the button above to begin registering. You’ll be prompted to
enter your demographic and contact information and then you’ll be
able to select a day and time to see a provider. After you select an appointment
time, you will receive a text message and email with your appointment link.
Ten minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time, you will receive
a reminder to check-in using a link custom to you to begin your visit.
This is where you will be prompted to enter your payment information.
A Valley Health Urgent Care provider will then begin your visit and discuss
your symptoms and any other pertinent health information to assess, diagnose
and treat minor symptoms and illnesses.
During your virtual visit with one of our providers, you may be directed
to one of our Valley Health Urgent Care locations if you need additional
evaluation, testing or treatment. All of the notes from your virtual visit
will appear in your MyChart account after your visit. Visit
valleyhealth.com/mychart to sign-in or start a MyChart account.
