Virtual visits are a self-pay service, which means insurance is not accepted. Each virtual visit will be a $59 fee. Insurance is still accepted for in-person visits at all of our Valley Health Urgent Care locations; see more information below.
Payment is expected at the time of service, including any insurance co-pay. Valley Health Urgent Care accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you would like us to bill your insurance, please remember to bring your insurance card and personal identification.
Valley Health Urgent Care participates with the following insurance plans:
**Type of Co-pay: Primary Care Provider (PCP) or Urgent Care (UC)
If your insurance is not listed, we will bill the Health Plan as an “Out-of-Network” Payor. Please consult your insurance prior to visit for out-of-network benefits & responsibility.
