Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) certified facilities is fully
accredited by the American College of Radiology.

Mammogram

3D Mammogram
The 3D Mammogram imaging system moves in an arc over the breast, taking
many different images. This process adds only a few additional seconds
to the overall exam, but provides significant additional information to
the radiologist interpreting the exam. Any woman can benefit from the
additional detail from 3D imaging but most especially women with dense
breast tissue or risk factors, like a family history of breast cancer.

Valley Health offers the latest technology in diagnostic breast imaging
including breast ultrasound and MRI, molecular breast imaging (BSGI) and
image guided needle core biopsy.

If you have had breast imaging performed at a non-Valley Health facility,
please send a release of information request to that facility in advance
of your appointment for breast imaging at a Valley Health imaging location.
