Celebrating 20+ Years: Valley Health’s Lab Heroes

In just two decades, healthcare labs have undergone a stunning transformation. Paper records vanished as electronic systems took over. Tasks that once consumed hours now happen in minutes through automation. Lab professionals traded microscopes for screens as digital pathology and AI revolutionized diagnostics. COVID-19 forever changed biosafety protocols, while molecular diagnostics and genomic sequencing moved from obscure specialties to everyday tests.

Valley Health proudly honors our laboratory professionals who have dedicated 20 or more years to serving our community and growing along this profession. These caregivers work behind the scenes to deliver critical diagnostic results that impact lives every day. Hear what fuels their passion for lab work and dedicated commitment to patient care.
