Family Connections: Meadows and Faircloth

We like to think of Valley Health as one large family, and nothing personifies that more than when family members work together in our health system. 

Let's meet Ashlee Meadows, her mom, Crystal Faircloth, and her aunt Cindy Faircloth. Here is what they say about working together at Valley Health.

Ashlee Meadows: Medical Assistant, Winchester Family Practice - Jubal 

Family is very important to me, and Valley Health offered a well-balanced work and home life to my mom for many years, so I was glad to be given the same opportunity. My aunt also has shown that she has a good work/home life balance as well, and so that made me choose Valley Health because it has offered many great opportunities for my family. 

Crystal Faircloth: Team Assistant, Home Health

Being part of a close-knit family, it's important to have work-life balance, and Valley Health has given that opportunity to me over the last 26+ years. Ashlee (my daughter) was born into the Valley Health family, and to see her excel in her career here now is rewarding. Cindy (my sister-in-law) always has a smile on her face and patients appreciate that. I am part of two wonderful families. 

Cindy Faircloth: Full-time Hospitality Associate, Patient Services 

We are a close-knit family. We do a lot together. Why not work together as well? VHS offers great job opportunities and flexible work schedules. I love my job and what I do in the Nutrition department.
