Coming Soon: My Valley Health MyChart Portal and Mobile App

Beginning on November 4, 2023, Valley Health will roll out a new version of MyChart. MyChart is a free, easy, and secure way for patients to view portions of their personal health information and communicate with members of our Valley Health healthcare team. Current MyChart users will continue to use their existing username and password to log in to the new version of MyChart.

About MyChart

· It’s a digital tool that give you access to view medication lists, test results, upcoming appointments, medical bills, price estimates, and more

· It offers enhanced resources for Advance Care Planning

· Patients say online access to test results gives them a better understanding of their medical condition

· MyChart communication tools can remind you of important health screenings, such as mammograms and colonoscopies

· Proxy access allows other family members/caregivers to keep track of their loved one’s health record, such as a child or elderly parent

My Valley Health, a new mobile app, will be available in November for download in app stores. With a simple click, you will be able to gain convenient, secure access to your MyChart account, check-in online at an Urgent Care, or find a provider or service that fits your needs.
