Tiffany Sommer, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with experience in a variety of care settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Shepherd University, where she developed expertise in evidence-based practice, healthcare policy, and patient-centered care.

Tiffany is passionate about bariatric and metabolic management and has personal experience with bariatric surgery. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting wellness through personalized care and lifestyle changes. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and attending her children's sports and school functions.
