She was very attentive. I was impressed that she took the time to look over my file before meeting me for the first time.

I didn't appreciate the attitude I was given and told how many time I've been sick and in the doctors . It's the second time she's gotten an attitude with me and I want to switch providers if I'm just coming there so many times apparently. And I don't like to be made to feel that way when I feel I need to make an appointment. I don't care how many times I've been there.

Ms. Phillips always does a good job of involving me in care decisions
