Jef Groesbeck, DO, is board-certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Dr. Groesbeck completed medical school at the University of New England. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at St. John Medical Center in Westlake, OH, followed by a fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME.

Dr. Groesbeck is dedicated to personalized treatment, recognizing each patient’s unique background and needs. He employs osteopathic treatment principles, mind-body practices, injection therapies, and nutrition to help patients, from newborns to adults, overcome persistent symptoms and maintain their health.

Dr. Groesbeck serves as the Associate Program Director and Osteopathic Program Director at the VCU-Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency Program. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor at VCU School of Medicine.

Dr. Groesbeck loves spending time with his wife and five children. He enjoys outdoor activities such as running, yoga, and hiking.
