  Jamie Marshall was friendly, professional, thorough, and patient. I got exactly what I was looking for - explanations about my relatively my neck clicking and stiffness (I.e. Not likely a neurological issue and more likely arthritis), with a follow-up x-ray (just In case) and prescription for physical therapy to help me get some measure of control over the mild Issues I am having.
