Community Health Partnership Grants

Partnering for Healthier Tomorrows

Valley Health recognizes our community’s health concerns are complex and that we cannot solve them alone. We are proud to support and partner with area community agencies, allowing us to leverage our resources for more meaningful impact on persistent health trends and disparities affecting our region.

Valley Health’s Community Partnership Grant program provides one-year grants totaling $200,000 to area non-profit organizations that address critical health needs.

For 2026:

  • One organization will receive the top grant award of $50,000
  • Four will receive $25,000 awards
  • Four will receive $10,000 awards
  • Four will receive $2,500 mini-grants

Community Partnership Grant recipients are selected through a competitive application process, evaluating how proposed projects align with Valley Health strategies including access to health and wellness services, nutrition and physical wellbeing, housing security and enhancing mental health. Locally based non-profit organizations are invited to apply for a grant to address these critical health needs.

2026 Community Partnership Grant Application

Community Partnership Grant applications will be accepted from January 15 to February 25, 2026. Grant recipients will be announced in April, 2026.
