About

Jessica Canavan, PA-C, received her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Clemson University. After a few years in international healthcare consulting, she went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at Shenandoah University in 2023 followed by her Doctor of Medical Science degree at Shenandoah University in 2024.

Originally from Vermont, Jessica is excited to have joined the Valley Health Virginia Brain & Spine team. She is passionate about caring for patients in neurosurgery.
