We offer both in-person classes, as well as online so that no matter what your busy schedule looks like, you can feel prepared and confident as you become a new parent.
Many parents are unsure what to expect for late pregnancy, labor and birth. Our certified childbirth educators are passionate about preparing new parents and helping them know what to expect. Childbirth classes cover all the ins and outs of labor and birth. No matter what type of birth you desire, or even in you are unsure, these informative classes will leave you feeling more confident about decision making during childbirth. Different class options are offered for various types of schedules.

Babies don’t come with handbooks, but fortunately there are parenting classes! Whether you have lots of experience with babies or have never changed a diaper, our classes are full of great information about babies and how to care for them.

Taught by Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants, our breastfeeding classes focus on important information for parents who would like to learn more about the benefits of breastfeeding. Our classes cover important information for the first few weeks of breastfeeding and beyond. Partners are also encouraged to attend these classes.
