Our experienced team of providers offers care for the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat conditions, including sinus problems, tonsil and adenoid disorders, ear infections, hearing loss, voice disorders, head and neck cancers, breathing problems, snoring and thyroid disorders.

Care We Provide

Otolaryngology Services:

Our board-certified otolaryngologists, Drs. Ingrid Iwanow and James Salata, have been serving the Winchester community and surrounding region for more than 20 years, and provide medical and surgical management for a wide range of conditions of the head and neck, including:

  • Pediatric Otolaryngology – Chronic middle ear infection, tonsil and adenoid disorders, pediatric neck masses and infections, tongue tie, pediatric hearing loss
  • Ear and Hearing – Acute and chronic ear infection, hearing loss, ruptured eardrum, cholesteatoma (benign cyst in the middle ear)
  • Head and Neck – Head and neck masses, swollen lymph nodes
  • Throat and Voice Box – Hoarseness, vocal cord paralysis, difficulty swallowing
  • Nasal and Sinus – Nasal obstruction, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps and masses, nosebleeds
  • Salivary Glands – Benign and malignant tumors, salivary gland infections
  • Skin Cancer – Resection and reconstruction of skin cancer of the head and neck
  • Thyroid – malignancies, thyroid nodules, goiter with compressive symptoms, hyperthyroidism due to hyper functioning nodule or gland
  • Parathyroid – hyperthyroidism due to isolated parathyroid adenoma or multiglandular hyperplasia

Audiology Services:

We provide comprehensive hearing testing for adults and children, and works with each patient to improve their hearing quality with custom hearing aids and assistive devices. She is passionate about identifying and treating hearing loss, tinnitus and balance disturbances. Dr. Pilson provides customized hearing healthcare, utilizing best practices, state-of-the-art hearing technologies and a caring connection with all of her patients. With more than 20 years of audiology experience, Dr. Pilson offers a comprehensive approach to healthy hearing and provides the following services:

  • Comprehensive hearing testing for adults and children
  • Diagnostic evaluations of hearing loss, tinnitus and dizziness
  • Tinnitus treatment
  • Hearing aid consultations
  • Dispensing, servicing and repairing hearing aids and assistive devices
  • Verification of hearing aids
